We know the holidays are when we focus our thoughts to friends and family; what better time to think about our health care and how to better a broken system. We know that healthcare has not been funded to take care of people but rather cut costs and the service we have come to expect.
When we cut costs and services we have fewer people that are able to maintain the work load required to keep people healthy. Workers have left and there has not been a plan to put people to work. What an absolute shame that our Government and healthcare committees have taken so much away from what could be a very thriving workplace that provides services to keep our communities healthy but also workplaces that respects their workers and provides for their dignity and respect.
Every community deserves the healthcare services that provides for the well being of the people. Let's put back the money and let's ensure that every Canadian is provided the healthcare that was promised
