I would advise driving to the Canadian Drive Hub (Niagara Square) the #101 leaves there at 11:30a and would arrive on Dunn corner of Stanley Av. at 11:50 ish….
After the rally we can catch the 101 back to Canadian Drive Hub at :05 past the hour on Dunn St.
There is plenty of free parking at Costco opposite of fuel area.
